We will solve your problem or not charge you.  If we cannot resolve the issue you are having, we will work with you to find someone who can.

We won't try to sell you on any addons, additional software, additional hardware or costly services.  We won't try to upsell you to a higher level of service.  You decide what you want.  Your money is valuable and only you will decide whether you want to pay for any additional hardware, applications or services. 

We aren't sponsored by anyone and will never try to push any specific product on you.  We may make recommendations on what we think is best, but there will never be any pressure to pay for a service you don't want or need.  We don't sell any hardware or software so any purchase you make will be directly with the vendor.  You will be in control.

If you require service beyond our ability, we will tell you that upfront.  Your time is valuable and we will not try to convince of a service you don't need or that we can't do.

When you are working with computers, there's always a possibility that things go wrong and data is lost.  It happens.  Hardware fails, programs corrupt and data crashes.  We will always do our best to ensure you have proper backups and do everything we can to preserve your data, but there's always the possibility that that we can't prevent a disaster.  But we will be up front with you and you will be involved at every step so you will know what happened and what to do if tragedy strikes. 

We are like your personal, home-based IT department.  We don't want big contracts with businesses or corporations.  We focus on servicing individuals and their personal computers.  We will help you with your personal, home computer, not business or corporate computers.

Our service is geared toward PC's running a Microsoft Windows operating system.  Sorry, we do not service Macintosh or Apple products.
