Your personal computer can be a bit scary, especially when things are working just right. Don't rely on figuring it out yourself. We can help you get up and running quickly and stress free. When prompted, click on the button below to initiate an online session.
We use Teamviewer to access your computer remotely. Don't worry, though. You retain complete control, you authorize access and initiate the session and can terminate the session at anytime if you're not comfortable.
Once you download and launch the Teamview Quickconnect application, you will be prompted to provide us with a unique ID and password which can only be used once and can't be seen by anyone but you and your service technician.
You basically won't need to do anything. Once you have granted access to your computer, we will do the rest. You can sit back and watch, ask questions and learn.
Although we will have complete access to your computer, you can trust us. We will never store any information that you don't give us permission to have. We will never share your personal information with anyone and we will never give away or sell your email address. We will never install any software you don't explicitly agree to and we will never transfer any information, data or files unless you completely agree and 100% understand what we are doing. We will never store or save your passwords unless you ask us to and know exactly why we need them and how or when we will use them. We will never ask you for any financial information unless it's required to solve the problem you have asked us to solve.
We only work on Windows computers used for personal use. We do not service corporate or business accounts and do not serve network managed workstations. We do not service Macintosh or Apple products and services.
Is something not working and you need it now! One-time remote assistance will get you back up and running.
If you have a program that isn't working, like Office or Outlook, and can't get the settings right, we'll walk you through the solution. If you find yourself stuck and can't move forward, we can get you going. If you installed a new program or application and can't get it working, we'll work with you to get it configured correctly or learn how to use it.
If your computer is sluggish and just doesn't run right, we'll help optimize your computer and get it running fast again. (Limitations apply and performance may be affected by hardware issues.)
If your computer is full of extra "bloatware" and pop-ups or if your workspace is crowded with applications and icons you don't use, we'll clean it up for you. Get rid of the clutter and focus on what make you productive.
Add a monthly plan and we will do a monthly checkup to see that everything is going great.
We will dedicate up to two service hours each month to your needs. You call us when you need something. If more time is needed to solve your problem, we can move you to the hourly plans above. One year minimum contract
We will contact you once a month to make sure everything is working smoothly. If there's a problem in between, you call us. We will dedicate up to five hours of service you any computer problem you may encounter. Six month minimum contract.
Sometimes remote support just doesn't work. We can come to you or you can come to us.
We can come to you and work with you at your home. Mileage and travel fees apply for service outside of Porter County, Indiana.
You can bring your computer to us. We will work on it and let you know when it's ready.
All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
If we can't help, we won't charge. If we can't solve your problem, we will work with you to find someone who can.
